PROPER USAGE

Shreddies are not magic, they work for a reason. If your Shreddies fit correctly and you ensure that your wind passes through the activated carbon panel, all foul-smelling odors will be removed.  How you stand or sit and how you pass wind all need consideration to get the most out of your underwear.

Ensure there are no gaps around the waistband or leg openings of your underwear. Make sure the fit is taut against the skin. To avoid gas escaping around the filter we recommend that you stand with your legs together and try to let your wind out slowly. When sitting, keep your knees together so that flatulence escapes through the carbon panel.

SIZING

In order to maximize the odor-trapping benefits of Shreddies undergarments, it’s important to choose the correct size for your body. To help you, we’ve created this handy sizing guide, along with a few tips on how to measure and select a size.

To get an accurate waist measurement, measure at the narrowest part of your stomach, above the hips and below the ribcage. This number will help guide you to the right size of Shreddies for your body.

For Shreddies to work properly, the waistband should fit snugly around your hips, with the activated carbon panel laying smoothly against your bottom. Rippling and bunching will increase the chance of gas escaping, and are a sign that you should size down.
